new month..getting closer to ord date..

and it seems like the year 2009 is passing so fast..
its already july...

tues had a 10km jog..

thurs... will be jogging
fri sat rest
and sun a jog..

i am looking forward to the new EPL season
and ben's birthdae party on the weekend..
