exciting
and well ancient action pact...
shall ask my friends..
if anyone is interested to watch with me...
sat... business was as usual...
the hot was freaking hot...
we played soccer for at least 2 hours plus..
everyone was sweating madly...
and well we were like all sun tanning
instead of soccer...
after soccer..
went to have lunch with the guys
headed home
shower...
resting..
before going to work later at 8...
i hope i dont get caught for working outside..
by some people...
i have decided to go for jogs in the evening..
if i am doing key press..
casue by the time i end work...
it would be 1730 hours
then go for jogs on tuesday..
and thursday...
saturday soccer.
well hope i would lose weight..
hopefully
i am still at weight 65kg
and 180 cm
i am aiming to get a weight of 60kg
and well get rid of the fats and belly fats on my tummy...
shall eat lesser rice..
and noodles
and bread...
she is still on my mind
