Sorry i don't have a tagboard.

its was a pretty normal day...
i got up pretty early..
had breakfast
and then headed out to pay for my handphone bills...
92 bucks...
what have i been doing...
spending so much
and wasting the cash money on hand phone bills..
i shall start to cut down on my hand phone sms usage..
and reduce the price...
soccer was good...
but the weather was freaking hot..
its like so different..
the past few days...
heavy rain...
today...
a bit cloudy..
and well... hot..
like sun tanning man...


the plan to lose weight is not working..
i just lost 2 kg
and gain back 1 kg
damn..
i am so gonna just drink plain water and soya bean on weekdays.
weekends..
then i just pamper myself a bit..
as for food ...
i shall cut down on rice
and noodles...
shall jog more
play soccer more
and well do sit ups..
and crunches..


o well...
feeling tired...
shall get some rest..
before i go off to work...


hope tonight it wont be busy..
hopefully..
